Shannon Vendetta

My name is Shannon Vendetta; I am one of the Spartan Trainers here at TN Structure Fitness. If you’re ready to take it to the next level, just remember the pain is only temporary and with success comes sacrifice. So come in and TRANSFORM your body! I am highly energetic, motivational, intense, and result driven. I am certified in N.E.S.T.A: National Endurance and Strength Association and I am C.P.R. Certified.  





 

Patrick Lamarche

I’ve been involved in athletics since a very young age. I consistently played baseball and soccer throughout high school, but I excelled and loved playing hockey. My love for the game took me to Canada to play junior hockey, which is where I developed an overwhelming appreciation and interest in fitness conditioning and nutrition. Even though I no longer play at a pro level, I continue to train and take care of my body as if I was still competing against elite athletes. My passion has now evolved into helping others achieve their fitness goals through the same principles I learned from my time playing hockey and as a Spartan trainer.  My objective as your trainer is to enhance physical performance, fitness, health, and quality of life.

 

 

 

Kyle Jarrell

When I was younger I was a typical scrawny band geek from Garden
Grove, CA
. I never really saw the need or importance of eating right
or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, hey I was a 20-year old guy. What
20-year old does? I started to realize I had no idea where I was
headed and how I wanted my future to pan out, but always had a drive
to make myself better so at 20 I joined the Navy and that is when my
life changed. I began to understand what it was like to have structure
and routine in my life, not only mentally, but physically. I began
working on myself and the improvement was not only seen by me, but
those around me as well. People in the Navy began to see my
transformation and would ask me to help them train and would seek me
out for advice. This was when I realized my true passion, helping
others become the best possible version of themselves both inside and
out. It was during my training with Tony Nomura that I truly realized
the depth and dedication it would take to get where I needed to be in
order to help others. I now have the knowledge, strength and drive to
push anyone as hard as they need to be pushed to begin leading the
healthy, active lives they should be living.
I believe that hard work and dedication will allow you to reach any
goal you set for yourself.


 


 

Kris Gabriel

Hi! My name is Kris Gabriel. Ever since I was 6 years old I have competed and excelled in athletics. I played on competitive teams all the way through college playing on nationally ranked soccer and water polo teams. Being so involved in athletics my whole life, I have gained a high respect and interest for the body and how it works through exercise and nutrition. I find myself to be very active, experienced, and passionate about this profession because it can and will change your life for the better. I graduated from the University of Hawaii in 2007 in speech pathology and audiology and am currently in the process of getting my Masters degree. I have been the speed, strength, and agility coach for several soccer, water polo, and swim teams throughout Hawaii and orange county. I am currently the women's assistant soccer coach at Mt. SAC college, and am looking forward to an amazing season. My goal here at TN Structure Fitness has been to utilize my strengths and knowledge in plyometrics and weight training to produce a fun and results driven program. I look forward to training with you!

 

Zeus

My name is Zeus, I have been an athlete all my life, from football to track and i love working out and challenging myself. I train regularly and intensely to stay in the best shape possible, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and diet. I have been involved in weight training now for  over 12 years now and I have been a certified personal trainer for 8 years. Over the years i have developed programs for every age group and level, including youths, seniors and athletes. I have always taken pride in my workouts and make sure they are the best and make sure they produce not just good results but phenomenal results. All my workouts are fun, exciting and challenging. Not only will I train you to get you in the best shape of your life, but I will transform you!
